InControl is offered on a monthly or annual subscription basis. If you are not completely satisfied within the first 30 days of your initial purchase, simply contact us and we'll provide a full refund. You do not need to explain your decision or meet any special requirements. Annual Memberships Annual memberships are prepaid and provide discounted pricing in exchange for a one-year commitment. After the initial 30-day money-back guarantee period, annual membership fees are non-refundable, including if you choose to cancel before the end of your annual subscription term. You may cancel at any time to prevent your subscription from renewing at the end of your current billing period. Your access to InControl will continue through the remainder of your paid subscription. Monthly memberships may be canceled at any time and will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
